The Feminine and Ecodharma – The Elements and Mother Earth – 4 week online course

May 8, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

$108

This course is an opportunity to explore the Elements- Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Space within the embodiment of Mother Earth from the lens of the feminine.  We will explore the ways that the various elements can support awakening, healing, and supporting the feminine expression of life.  We will learn through these teachings and practices to open and expand into a more grounded, self-compassionate, fuller sense of embodiment as a woman, as the feminine (in your own definition).

The elements are a beautiful practice to remember our interconnectedness. Through this understanding, we will see ways that the Elements can inspire, express and uplift the ways that we can be the embodiment of Mother Earth to more fully express our feminine strength within the world. We need now more than ever to bring forth the beautiful expressions of the feminine to support the Earth’s healing. Learning how to awaken the feminine within and in relationship to Mother Earth can be a beautiful expression of learning to bring balance, health and healing into our times to support the healing of our Earth.

The course will include periods of meditation practice, group discussion, Q/A, inquiry, reflection, music/movement, and creative connections through art and symbolism to cycles of nature. All female identified (womxn), male, non-binary are welcome.

4 Live Virtual Sessions – Monday Evenings 5pm – 630pm (PST)/ 6-730 MT – Guided meditation, talk, Q&A to support practice to integrate healing.

NOTE – Prior mindfulness meditation experience is recommended. Compliment this course with the stand-alone 6-week Introduction to Mindfulness online course, here.
