The Feminine and Ecodharma- The Brama Viharas/4 Loving Abodes – 4 Week Online Course
September 12, 2023 @ 6:00 pm$108
This course is an opportunity to explore the Brahma Viharas/4 loving abodes- Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity and from the lens of the feminine. We will explore these teachings and how they can support the deepening of our feminine sense of being. We will learn through these teachings and practices to open and expand into a more grounded, self-compassionate, fuller sense of embodiment as a woman, as the feminine (in your own definition).
We will infuse the understanding and teaching of the Brahma Viharas/4 loving abodes with the support of Mother Earth. Feeling and sensing her loving wisdom will be a way to support guiding us into a deeper understanding of the feminine and the ways these teachings can help us to open to a greater sense of the truth of our expression of the feminine and our interconnectedness. We need now more than ever to bring forth the beautiful expressions of the feminine to support the Earth’s healing. Learning how to awaken the feminine within and in relationship to Mother Earth can be a beautiful expression of learning to bring balance, health and healing into our times to support the healing of our Earth.
The course will include periods of meditation practice, group discussion, Q/A, inquiry, reflection, music/movement, and creative connections through art and symbolism to cycles of nature. All female-identified (womxn), male, and non-binary are welcome.
4 Live Virtual Sessions – Tuesday Evenings 5pm – 630pm (PST)/ 6-730 MT – Guided meditation, talk, Q&A to support practice to integrate healing.
