Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an experiential learning program, intended to engage the mind and the body. The MBSR course offered by New Mindful Life is structured as a series of 8 weekly classes with an additional, longer, all-day session during the sixth week of the program (a total of nine sessions).
The course is designed to meet the needs of nearly any adult, including those with serious illnesses, chronic pain, and physical limitations. We’ve found that in order to accomodate a variety of schedules and availability, it is best to reach out and poll our community before solidifying dates/times for the courses to be held.
