Join us on Sunday, May 6th from 12 PM to 2 PM for a practice in mindfulness.
Whether you have a well established practice or are new to meditating, we welcome you practice. Come sit in a chair or relax on a cushion, close your eyes, and be in the stillness. Explore the nature of this moment. Using awareness of the present moment as a tool we study the mind-body process, as well as the experience of inner stillness.
Within our supportive community we encourage you to practice, share your experiences and discuss. For this first meetup we’ll be doing an Introduction to Mindfulness.
All are welcome. Our meetup is donation based with a suggested donation of $10. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
