HEALING WITH NATURE TRAUMA CARE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

A TWELVE- MONTH CERTIFICATION TRAINING ON HEALING THE PHYSIOLOGY AND PSYCHOLOGY OF TRAUMA WITH THE EARTH

As healing professionals we witness and experience the profound impact trauma can have on personal well-being

We also witness and experience the gaps that occur in the ways that trauma is supported, making suffering from unhealed trauma so difficult

The solution is to honor our physiology and psychological design that is woven in a deep relationship with the Earth to heal and transform experiences of trauma

By learning to follow our innate human design and healing with nature, we can awaken fully to life.

As we heal trauma with nature, we learn we are part of nature, and we can inturn support the healing of all life, nature, the Earth

HEALING WITH NATURE’s Certification Training offers essential understandings into the physiology, psychology, and ancient/lineage wisdom of our unique human expression as a part of the Earth

Become a HEALING WITH NATURE Trauma Care Practitioner and bring the change you want for the Earth to unfold in your life, community, and beyond.

“HEALING WITH NATURE TRAUMA CARE is in honor of the wisdom of the Earth and her capacity to show us the way to return to ourselves and our home. May it be that in this return we awaken innate wisdom within that can be for the benefit of humanity now and to future generations, and that all life be free from suffering”

– Dr. Rochelle Calvert

“What we need to do, is to hear WITHIN us the sounds of the Earth crying”

– Thich Nat Han When Asked What We Need To Do To Save The World

Weaving The Science Of Trauma, With Ancient Wisdom Practices Of Connection With The Earth, We Stand For These Truths:

  • There is a fundamental truth that we are all interconnected as nature and this Earth
  • When we reconnect and remember this truth of our interconnectedness we can heal from trauma
  • When human beings receive trauma care that supports reawakening our birthright of aliveness as part of the Earth, trauma is healed and transformed
  • How human beings are cared for as they receive trauma care is reflected in their capacity to experience vitality and connection with and in life
  • True healing exists within the relational field of safety, a field that is possible when practitioners are ongoingly engaged in their own healing work

Why Heal Trauma?

  • Trauma unhealed continues to create more trauma in the world.
  • Most human beings have experienced trauma and do not have the skills to know how to heal trauma
  • Trauma is stored in our nervous system, not in the event that occurred, and it is our human design and birthright to return to our natural state of being
  • Healing trauma will allow more healing to emerge in the world and create the life force needed to restore balance and well-being to all life and the Earth

“Knowing that you love the earth changes you, activates you to defend and protect and celebrate. But when you feel that the earth loves you in return, that feeling transforms the relationship from a one-way street into a sacred bond.”

– Robin Wall Kimmerer

As we work to heal trauma with the Earth, and reconnect people to their birthright of full aliveness, there are a few critical skills to cultivate and embody as we step into the role of trauma care practitioner:

  1. Healing happens within a field of safety and connection. The work of the healthcare practitioner is to be in an ongoing relationship with our own healing work to embody our own health and wholeness. As we continue to evolve into the depths of our own well-being we become the way the healing work of the Earth can move through us. We carry, share, and allow the medicine of the Earth to be what we share as healing.
  2. New seeing into the ways we can heal are necessary for us to survive. The times we live in now are unprecedented. The Earth is reacting in response to our disconnection with her. If we are to save ourselves and the Earth, it will be through a new way of inviting the possibility to heal within and reconnect us all back into the web of life with the Earth.
  3. It is paramount that we honor a balance of our energy and the energy of the Earth. If we learn to heal and release the trauma patterns that bind us into ways that disconnect and separate from our life force, then we can awaken into the wholesome energies of our life force and ways of living with the Earth. As we individually and collectively heal trauma and allow this life force to awaken in relationship with the Earth, we are intimately called to support the balance of the life force of the Earth to re-emerge.

With this training, I offer a model of wholeness, health and vitality to living life as connection with the Earth. This training holds the possibility for the potential for Healing with Nature trauma care practitioners to weave healing into the lives of people suffering with trauma, to then allow them to heal and connect more deeply to their family, friends and community with the Earth, and that the Earth feel and know we are returning to our relationship with her to ultimately heal the Earth and restore the balance to all life.

“Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect.”

– Chief Seattle

Common Questions

I am creating this training as a secondary training for healing professionals who want to include deep healing and resolution of trauma for people with the Earth. Please read the information “who is this training for?” This work is for those who are choosing to support ALL LIFE to heal, transform and reawaken back into our connection with the Earth.
