Somatic Healing with Nature: Transforming Trauma, Living into Aliveness

Somatic Healing with Nature Webinar
Reconnect Your Body, Nervous System, and the Living World
Trauma does not only live in our memories. It is also held in the body. When the nervous system carries unresolved stress, survival patterns, or stored tension, we may function in daily life yet still feel disconnected from a deeper sense of vitality.
In this Somatic Healing with Nature webinar, facilitators Constance Washburn and Dr. Rochelle Calvert will guide participants through body-centered practices that support healing and reconnection. Through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nature-based approaches, this event explores how reconnecting with the natural world can help restore balance within the nervous system.
Participants will also learn how these practices relate to the transformational framework of The Work That Reconnects, offering pathways for healing that support individuals, communities, and the wider web of life.
