Nature Meditations – In Person

Our drop-in mindfulness nature meditation classes are for people who are looking to practice mindfulness meditation and engage in dialogue about bringing nature practice into life.
Classes are offered at various locations on the first Sunday of each month 6-7pm MT and will consist of mindfulness in nature meditation that is followed by a dialogue/inquiry to the experiences from practice.
These classes are open to anyone who is new to mindfulness practice, is learning to develop a consistent and regular meditation practice and/or someone who has an established mindfulness practice and is looking for community and support.
A $10 donation is suggested.
