FREE ONLINE PROGRAM: Healing with Nature: Listening to the Medicine of Winter

November 24, 2026
6:00–7:30 PM Mountain Time
Online | Free

About the Program

This Healing with Nature workshop invites participants to explore the wisdom and restorative qualities of winter. The season offers an opportunity to slow down, become still, turn inward, and listen more deeply.

Drawing on nature-based mindfulness and somatic practices, the workshop creates a supportive environment for healing, nervous-system regulation, and reconnecting with the rhythms of the natural world. Rochelle will introduce practices and ideas that are explored more deeply during her Winter Solstice retreat, including nature meditation, guided reflection, and gentle movement.

Participants will explore ways to:

  • Develop greater access to deep nervous-system regulation
  • Cultivate an embodied connection with nature
  • Deepen their relationship with nature’s seasonal winter cycles

Tuition

The program is part of the Drala Mountain Online Practice Series and is offered free of charge. Participants have the option to make a tax-deductible donation during registration in the Buddhist tradition of dāna, or generosity. A donation is not required to register.
